Tanker Fell down in onitsha. ( black wednesday in Anambra State )

A truck conveying premium motor spirit (pms)  lost control and rammed into the fence of Toronto Hospital, Upper-Iweka, Onitsha.

Consequently, the tanker started emitting liquid and there was a fire outbreak.
